HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK FROM V-POWER

I BOUGHT A LIFEPO4 BATTERY FROM EBAY.....THE BATTERY WAS A PIECE OF JUNK AS WELL AS THE CHARGER NOW THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER MY EMAILS TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION......I HAVE TO USE MY SLAs again and wont ever buy another lifepo4 battery from ebay ever again........i got scammed and suckered by V-POWERhk......they are thieves and should be in prison

it would help if you can explain what is wrong wiht the pack and the charger.

junk covers a lot of territory, most of my stuff is junk, so why is your battery different junk?

Please post some photos of the batteries and how is being consider a Junk. I have also bought the battery from the Vpower (junk??) i was extremely worried the batteries of lifepo4 iam buying from the wrong hands. I fear exactly like others. I requested many times and ask them to do a double walls good packing for me. if these batteries are really a Junk, it is best to descibe them in details. photos their batteries and products, so all of us will know. photos of their terrible products will knot the seller head hard. saying sending to jail is never been effective. please shot some photos i will help you to post in my flickr.com if you can post them in the CNN news for your batteries of bad quality they done to you. I am sure they will give you a free battery....PLUS... they say... I am very sorry for my terrrible mistake ! the charger got a sticker 48volts or 36volts. please double checked!!

he meant putting the comments and pictures in CNN's flicker account for news.

the guy who started the thread has disappeared like an ebay battery salesman.

did he check the voltage or capacity of the battery? i talked to someone yesterday who has arranged for volgood to take back the Vpower battery and will even pay shipping. basically the battery was only half the capacity advertized.

my suggestion is to have their own flickr.com account. Photos on your ebike, battery.

vpower has many competitors, he might have sacked some bad lazy employees. vpower maybe have dismiss the person and No bonus $$ for him. what i am saying I hope this "person" won't be here giving in fake information. I always believe in photos that can prove a person truth, or some simple prove, why you say is a junk? No EMS number do you have or not? I can help you to track.

First off, how did you pay for the purchase? If you used Pay Pal did you call them. I just had a problem with a charger from Elite Power Solutions. While I didn't buy it from Ebay I did pay with Pay Pal and my Pay Pal is paid with American Express. The charger I bought wasn't garbage it was crap. Elite Power stopped answering my emails as soon as I told them the charger didn't work. I waited a week and contacted PAy Pal and American Express. American Express pulled the payment from Elite Power's account the same day. And E.P. contacted me the next day. They returned the purchase price plus all shipping both ways. My recomendation is start bitching to Pay Pal, Ebay and your credit card if you used one. Good luck.
