How many amps can i safely draw from one of these cells?

Its not for ebiking in this instance, i was hoping one cell could be used for a devise needing small 10 amp pulls. It looks like not then?
 
No, absolute max is 5 A and they will sag and heat a lot at that rate. They are really 1C cells. So, better look for something with lower internal resistance, like Panasonic PF, BE, BD, Samsung 29E, 32E, 25R, 20R, 20Q, 30Q, LG MH1, MJ1, HE2, HE4, HD2, and Sony VTC3, VTC4, VTC5, V3, ...
