How to ship a 28kg ebike

Hello guys,

I want to ship a 28kg ebike from France.

How can I safely ship it? Has anyone has recommendation for packing or ebike cardboard?

Has anyone encountered this challenge?

To where? Are you going with the bike?

Strap it to a pallet, with a box over the bike that is screwed to the pallet. The pallet would need to have wood or metal that holds the tires in place, sort of like a bike rack.

Or, ship the bike frame in a standard bike box, with padding as needed to protect all the wiring that could rub. Then the motor itself ships in a hub motor box.

Shipping the battery is an enormous problem.
