How to unlock electric scooter speed limit (INOKIM OX )

Hi all,

I bought the scooter online but it came with the speed limit locked (set to a max of 25km/h, when it can go up to 45km/h).
If your familiar with the model, you know that I would have to go to menu 8 to readjust it. However, menu 8 is not available.

Does anyone know how to unlock it please?
