Hub Motor Parts (Luna 2 speed)for all wheel drive fat bike

Hello, we have 6 Luna 2 speed hub motors that 4 of them have stopped working. They will work in low range only. We have discovered a plastic gear inside that has gone oblong, possible melted?
Luna does not sell this motor any more and no support or parts are available through them.
We have a lot invested in these motors to give up on them, so if anyone has any suggestions were these gears could be obtained, we would greatly appreciated. Thanks

Xiongda makes those motors. You may want to reach out to them. They are responsive to email.

Be aware that the build quality on Xiongda products is generally poor. Luna did not vet these products properly. Instead of replacing these parts you may want to go with a higher quality motor from another vendor.
