In 2023, I purchased a Vintage Electric Bike 48V, which uses the ASI BAC855 controller. Unfortunately, in 2024, my BAC855 controller malfunctioned. I managed to purchase a new unit, and it is now working again.
However, I have encountered an inconvenient issue. When I first plug in the main wiring harness and turn on the bike, it operates normally. But when I turn off the display screen, I am unable to restart the bike using the power button. The only way to restart it is by disconnecting and reconnecting the main wiring harness.
I have searched extensively online for a solution but have not found one. Since you have experience with the ASI BAC855, I would greatly appreciate your insights on what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it.
