It looks like a Baotian? E-bike but I've seen other brands with this style. It has "TZCK" on the side. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

It appears to be an electric version of this gas powered scooter or a very similar model. Which supplier it originates from I'm still trying to find.No E-mail reply from that ad yet. It's not from Daymak.

Yulong Plastic - where "Quality Continues Forever to Surmount":
http://www.tzck.com/

Note Yulong doesn't actually manufacture these... maybe makes the plactic body bits (in the China planned economy, Huangyan is a center for mold makers and plastic parts...) and they make frames.

Watt do you want to know about the bike? Yulong would have assembled it to order for some Canadian importer that bought a container full... The parts are all made by other companies. They'll be generic to many China-made ebikes.

That frame is not on Yulong's website here:

But the label TZAK and Yulong do match up. Thanks Lock. Unfortunately neither the model nor it's specs come up. The closest model is this one:

http://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?hl=en&sl=zh-CN&u=http://www.tzck.com/product_more.asp%3Fid%3D17%26classid%3D62&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dhttp://www.tzck.com/about.asp%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26hs%3DfTx%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-US:eek:fficial%26prmd%3Div&rurl=translate.google.com&usg=ALkJrhjKykKu-P_5nUOdO_ay64VJ2pkSRA

The model in that Kiijii photo exceeds Canadian legal specs for an E-Bike or claims to. It has an 550 watt (or it that what?) motor and a top speed of 45 KMh.It could be an older model and no longer sold.

`Xactly. Yu Long wouldn't make up new molds and frames for some export order. They would have just grabbed watt they had lying around to suit the minimal requirements for the order they got from some Canadian importer... or China-based middle man. All the other parts would have been off-the-shelf from other local makers.

That Kijiji seller probably knows squat about ebikes ("550 WATT BATTERY") and bought the thing from some fly-by-night retailer that's already out of business. If yer interested in the thing, ask the seller where they bought it (whether the dealer is still in business/providing support.)

BTW that Alibaba seller might not be the same "Yu Long". They are based in Jinhua and the "Yu Long" that has that TZCK site is in Huangyan... They may or may not be related.

As far as I can figure out "Yu Long" means "feathered dragon"... China company names are usually prefixed with the name of the town and/or province where they are situated... There are thousands of China companies named "Yu Long".

Okay, for those that care this bike was apparently made/assembled/contracted? by Zongshen. I'd love to find a dealer in Toronto who deals with this brand. Just to see if they still make it and if parts are available.

Probably not. Zongshen has been making gas motorbikes for over a decade, and makes millions of gas motorbikes and gas engines every year now, but only bought into the ebike biz last summer. They're not interested in competing in the low-margin ebike game but see their future in more powerful electric motorbikes...

tks

I would say if this bike claims 45-50 km/h it's not street legal in canada. I would be warry of his claims.
