Hi guys

So I recently picked up a front hub motor 20 inch wheel.

I would like to identify it and the components. The clutch seems to work when moving off but then slipping before hitting a reasonable rpm. It's intermittent with this too. Sometimes works sometimes don't.

Motor says on front: 24v20"250w 19J0245 H
And inside it says RS-2 on the motor core and GF on the pinion gear.

The clutch says HL 190917XD and 55 with a left arrow on it. It's 72mm diameter 1cm thick. The nylon gears seem to be 39.5mm 11mm thick. Axel with woodruff key in is 14mm and 12mm diameter. Clutch matches this.

Yes I'm trying to get a replacement clutch and/or gear assembly but the standard Bafang ones are different in size. Can anybody help?

Anyone know what motor brand this is also?

Photos attached.

Any help appreciated.

I think the “x” logo in front of the model number is the key to identifying it. But even if you can identify the manufacturer I think your chances of obtaining replacement parts remains slim, unfortunately.
