IGORDON Bike shop. Is this site a scam?

Saw these bikes advertised for very low prices. Anyone purchase from a internet company called IGORDAN. I emailed and phoned but no reply. But received a strange text in French which is odd since their physical location is Houston Texas. Anyone purchase bikes from IGORDON? It sounds too good to be true, must be a scam.

Wasn't that the Rad bicycle that was recalled for the tires blowing up? Maybe they got a bunch for cheap due to the recall and slapped on the cheapest motorcycle tire replacement?

Have never seen an address starting with "0," have you?

Also, from their FAQ page:

and my favorite:

There is no such address in Houston.
Per the zip code given the street address numbers for South Post Oak Road run from 10300 to 12400.
Perhaps they left off a digit: 10601 South Post Oak Road, Houston, Texas 77035
That is/was a vacant car wash.
