Installing “System Workbench for STM32” Can't Register

I'm working to install the open source lishui controller programming software but am running into a road block. I've tried with different accounts to get one registered on the openSTM32 site but non have worked. Seems their registration process is broken (never received a validation email) or I am doing something wrong either way I'm looking for other options to get this software up and running so I can reprogram a controller. Any guidance would be appreciated I am pretty new to this.

Can you try the history page:

There you can find the latest version install_sw4stm32_win_64bits-v2.9.exe. The Workbench is outdated, as STM offers the CubeIDE meanwhile.

You don't need any lokal installation, if you use the github artifact function and flash via the diplay connector and a simple USB-UART converter. It's described in the german wiki:
