is this a bearing issue?

Hello everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with my bike's front wheel, and I'm hoping to get some confirmation and advice. When the wheel is installed correctly in the dropouts and securely tightened, the hub rocks slightly on one side. To troubleshoot, I removed the wheel to ensure that the issue wasn't caused by anything related to the frame or dropouts themselves.
From my observation, it seems like the bearings might be damaged, which I suspect is causing the rocking motion.

Have you set the preload correctly on the bearings?

Front wheel bearings are wear items for me, I replace them every few months on both my e-bikes.
