iZip E3 Metro - August 2011 - LCD Control Display not working

Anyone help with the LCD Control display for this model bike. I bought the 2nd bike made in this range, it rides like new and has been babied. Only problem is the LCD control display isn't receiving any power and therefore can't use PAS and TAG...won't even turn on. Pics attached
