I have the cyclone 24v 650w controller plus a resistor as cyclones Paco has specified because as the 650w was useless i converted to 36v 960W (wat a difference) & thought of replacing the as was 24v with kelly controller 100a max. -----are they any better?
. My present one sometimes cuts out on the many hills so i take it easy but probably the kelly one would to.

I've looked up all the greentime ones 7 none rate higher than the 100amp.
Must speak with leo liu on skype or aliexpress chat. He can set it at whatever you want. theyre biggest controller is the 36fet 4110 which i think could do 150A but don't quote me on that. If you took it easy it would be able to do 150A burst no doubt and leo could set it to that. what you were likely looking at is their aliexpress page for the 36fet 4410 which is 100A.

Kelly has stepped it up lately.
Kelly has always been a ways ahead of the china controllers. Greentime will likely not touch a Kelly for reliability. If I had to choose between the two I would get the Kelly. I have never owned them because I was to cheep then lately I decided to build something better from scratch its not easy but I'm getting there.
