Well I'm finally getting around to posting some pictures..... I still have work to do to tidy things up and odds and ends... This is the almost finished product....

Running 48V 10ah lifepo4 pack with Clite 36V-72V 40A controller. My poor old bike is well over 3000 miles and is soon to get replaced with what I'm hoping will be a Surly Karate Monkey build.

Extracycle in my future plans also...

Hope you likey..BMC Geared Hub Motor 001.JPGBMC Geared Hub Motor 003.JPGView attachment 3

Looks good. Well done.

The panniers are for hauling stuff   They are empty in the picture. It's my daily driver so it has to do dual duty hauling just about everything.... and when that doesn't have enough room I throw the rest in one of these..

I've also added this rear cargo box from Amazon.com

I wasn't really sure on the size but figured I'd order it and give it a try. The inside dems are a little over 13 long x 7 wide x 6.5 tall. It inludes a key lock on the rear and for those of you with 48V 20Ah packs..... This thing is very nice for keeping your valuable treasure nice and dry. Mounts easy to a flat rack. It would take a little modification to mount to those topeak type rail racks....

Best of all it's $31.80 with free shipping. I thought it was a great deal and find. Hope this helps others looking for a nice rear cargo box solution.

That Swagman pod is just what I need; Unfortunately Amazon is sold out. After 15 pages of Google search, I can't find anyone else that carries them.

If I had money to burn I would have got one of these...... It was so hard not to pull the tigger. It's the same idea but with a really cool opening system. Plus it's nice and big for hauling just about anything.
