Looks Good. How does she perform ?

as hell.
In this lacing, one or two spokes does not full control small area of rim, any hits to rim distributed evenly to many other spokes getting high wear resistance =)

What spoke gauge and what type of rim?
I can see that working withSapim Polyax nipples, or cup/cone style washers between rim and nipple, otherwise the bend on the spoke as it exits the nipple is going to be too great and broken spokes can be the only long term result

That is a nice lacing job and the wheel looks good. I wonder about the spokes rubbing on the motor flange though.
