LIFEPOWER4 is selling LiFePO4 cells that range in capacity from 950 to 4500mAh.
They also have premade ebike packs for sale.

The discharge graphs look good.

LIP32900P - Hi Power Rechargeable 3.2v - 4500mAh
The internal impedance is less than 6.0 mohms.
This battery is 32.2mm D x 90.2mm H and weights 180.5 grams

These are good for the RC guys who have limited space to fit their batteries.

For us it fills a gap between the A123 M1 2.3Ah cells and the Headway 8Ah cells.
