Here in the mountains, bus drivers and grandads stop their cars and ask me for an ebike. Because they are old, I just tell them "stealth bomber" because I dont know what else to tell them, I try to list some stuff on Justin's page but Justin doesn't sell fully configured kits for noobs including the bike.

I wanted to see what other choices there are currently.

Did you notice that Leabikes, eeb, and stealth all use the same frame? Stealth frames are available unofficially?

Yeah, it's a Bolt, I think they changed the name of the company.

You can buy a Stealth frame alone, there's a thread here about it. There's also chinese knock offs that every garage dreamer seems to be using.

I'd be pretty pee'd off if i ordered a stealth bike and that chinese washing machine turned up.

Whoa those are really high end! I think too powerful for grandpas!! Are there any local stores in your area that do ebikes that you can promote? Maybe you could talk to their manager and get some of their business cards to hand out when people ask. It's always cool to promote local. Helps build community strength.

Honestly, unless you define how you are measuring the "1200 W" ... Most of the bikes on this forum are capable of that level of output.

Yes indeed... it just goes to show that building ebikes can make you 3500 dollars a bike, so if one of us on Endless Sphere needs a new job, just buy 20 complete kits from justin, build them on a good frame, and sell them, it's 1000 a bike, it would be like charity work. It's weird though i keep buying bikes for 250 dollars and with manitou and fox shox and suntour deor gears or something. good bikes anyways.
