Lithium Polymer scooter battery

Firstly, "hello", i've just joined the forum although I've been using an e-bike for 4-5 years now. We recently bought an E-Scooter which comes with a 48V Lithium Polymer battery, similar to my E-Bike. The E-Bike battery is still going great guns and although I don't ever check seems as good as new. Question is how do I treat the new battery on the scooter? The supplier says flatten completely 3 times then use normally although the "battery university" seems to suggest that using as little as possible then charging is the best way to treat a Lithium ion/polymer battery, which is how I use the E-Bike. Any thoughts? Flattening a scooter battery does pose some problems, with a bike it's easy, just be close to home then peddle unassisted the last bit, the scooter will need pushing!

Thanks

I would do what you have been doing. Zero benefit from flattening the battery. Lower than 100% depth of discharge cycles always better.
