Low Voltage Cut-off LVC on Xiongda motor + KT controller

Hello,

First of all this forum has been of a lot of help finding answers to my questions! Unfortunately I haven't been able to find an answer to another question I have. Last year I bought this Xiongda motor with KT controller and LCD03 display. It runs perfectly on 12 Cell li-po although it's a 36 volt system. Reason is it gives me a bit extra top speed and from what I've read the extra voltage is no problem.

However, the automatic LVC (low voltage cut-off) doesn't seem to be working... Which makes sense since this is a 36 volt system for 10 cells and a higher voltage 12 cell battery will not reach the LVC. But I do get the impression the LCD03 will auto sense the voltage and set LVC accordingly? There's also a menu setting on the LCD03 (I think it's C10) which suggest this. Also after some fiddling around with the manual I got it to correctly show the battery status on the LCD screen in a way that it actually shows the battery empty when it reaches around 40 volts.

What I want is that the LVC also kicks in at 40 volts, but I can't get it to work. Do I need another controller like a specific 48 volts one? Or do I need another LCD screen? Whats actually setting the LVC? The controller or the LCD?

Thnx!

So if I select 48 volt version, do I get the correct LVC even with my 36 volt controller?

Or do I just need to buy this 48v controller and keep my current LCD?

And to add to the confusion, why does the picture show 36 volt? And do I lose the extra top speed if I use a 48v controller instead of a 36 volt while using the same battery?
