LTC6802/LTC6803 and bq78PL116/bq78PL102 chips

Hey,

I reviewed the LTC6802/LTC6803 chips and the Texas Instruments bq78PL116/bq78PL102 or bq76PL536 chips. These chips perform passive balancing. Does anybody know of any chips that perfom active balancing?
