You tried the combinations in the instructions from Lyen?

Then try them again, but this time without a bad connection on one of the wires. It can help when trying combos, to remove the plugs completely from the halls wires, so you know they are all plugged in well on each try.
Often you need to change the halls colors too, when swapping phase colors. Try a phase combo, then start trying different halls swaps.
The right one will run smooth, at low amps no load.

DON'T ride the bike wired that way. Motor will burn within minutes.
If you are sure about the halls and are sure the connections are good with none of the phases showing a short to the stator then you just have to try the 9 possible phase combos.
You'll get it.

Now i checked the controller. Are the LED´s rotating on the right way?

When i cycle with the actual Cabeling, the CA switch power on although the akku is not connected when i cycle faster than 14 km/h
With the tester i verified that the hall sensors inside the motor are ok.

Tested Hall everything s fine. Tested Lyen 6fet controller without hall motor run very fine. I Testet with my throttle and my ca.

Looks like an problem with the controller.
Tested the hall cable between controller and Motor all lines are ok.
I have no Idea. My Lyen 12 fet hall fullyequipped total loss???

NEVER. Read and follow the ES Wiki. There are 6 correct, 3 forward and 3 reverse. Keep either the halls or phases static and try all 6 of the other. If it doesn't spin smoothly with one of those 6 then something else is wrong . Resist the urge to change the static wires unless your valid combo is reverse in which case you swap 2, any 2 and only 2 of the wires you kept static, and then go back and find the correct of the remaining 5 combos of the set you were changing before. While it's possible to use the tester for wiring, it is far more confusing and will take longer. Use only small throttle pulses when testing each.

Friday i visit my local Store and bought a infineon 4110 12 fet controller.
With this controller i found the right combination in 2 minutes the motor is running very good. the speed is a bit slow for 75v only 40 km/h but it works.
So my Lyen 12 fet have to be defect. The Problem with the brand new Controller ... it ignores the throttle signal came from ca.
throttle config on ca is ok. i tested it with an lyen 6 fet controller.
one fact: something is wrong with my 12 FET lyen.
two questions: Why ignores the brand new Infineon controller the throttle from ca v3 and why is the speed limited to 40 km/h. speed should be 75-80 km/h.
