Makita Battery Checker checks number of cycles in Makita power tool batteries. I got another pile of defective 18V, 1.5Ah and 3.0Ah Makita Lithium-Ion batteries. Will write number of cycles on each battery pack with one of those white paint pens. Got to go look for my paint pen.

Makita Battery Checker works with a computer. Results look like this.

Cheap Multimeter from Radio Shack. Really have had this for years. Mine is yellow.

Will measure voltage across battery terminals and write number of cycles and voltage on each battery pack. Got to go look for my paint pen. Are there any other tests to do before I open battery cases or sell them all.

There is no way that I know of to charge these defective Makita battery packs. Charger just flashes a Green/Red bad battery code.

Look what Doctorbass do. How to dissassemble a Makita Li-ion battery
