Mercedes have used those AF motors before in their EV sports cars ,…
….and even on the AMG, Ciggarette electric power boat !

Wasn’t that a lot of talk, not much facts.. waste of time. Yasa has been around for ages, same with emrax and motenergy. All axial flux.

The ones of more interest to me for smaller applications are the axial flux PCB motors.

Talking with E-Circuit Motors this week to see what's viable in the single digit kW range to mfr in place of the crap Chinese motors.
