Miles on your Bafang mid drive motor

Thought I might start a thread on the miles people have put on their Bafang mid drive motors.

Motor one: 750 watt- Over 400 miles, had to have the nylon gear clutch mechanism replaced.

Motor two: 500 watt - 150 miles, replaced the nylon gear clutch mechanism

Motor three: 500 watt - 120 miles, replaced the nylon gear clutch mechanism

Hopefully they are all good to go! Other than the nylon gear clutch mechanism the motors have been great.

Just under 500 miles on my bbs02 in a little over a month. Still running like new. Will be cranking out around 4000 miles per year so hoping it will do at least five years/20000 miles with minimal trouble.

4 BBS installed (one I own and 3 for friends/customers)

- BBS02 750w, stock conditions: Need to repalce gears after 600 miles
- BBS02 500w, only used with thumb, Pas Disabled. After 700 miles Works like new
- BBS01 350w, stock conditions, using a button instead of the rear brake sensor to interrupt power. 1000 miles and works like new.
- BBS01 350w, stock conditions, same push button instead of rear brake sensor, owned by a 15000miles per years Lycra rider, still works like new after 7500miles, sometimes He noticed some Display (old one) blinks and errors, due to poor or dirty display contacts and/or problems with the speed detection.

BBS02 500w on 15s lipo, Programmed with 100% throttle in all modes and increased power in all pas modes, 1000 miles, 600 of which have been offroad.
