Looks like it's using a bunch of DC-DC converter modules under those heatsinks. I'd guess that one of them is specifically for the 13.3V output, so if you need 12V on a bike you could take that converter out and use it separately. It might just be using a linear regulator for that, instead, but the DC-DC makes more sense with all the available input options.

The 27VDC out could be either series/parallel arrangements of the same DC-DCs or it could be ones outputting 27VDC specifically.

They look like a bargain for all the harvestable parts on them.

Nice find, I just picked one up to use as a charger while on the road. I plan to use my car battery as the source. The 27 volts will work out good for my hyperion charger. I should be able to get one charge the car battery.

Nice find! Gotta love re-purposing all this IT infrastructure stuff that they "recycle" when it comes time to upgrade.

I really wish I saw this a month ago before I put together 6 12v servers supplies in series to make a bulk charger. It would've been a lot easier just to use two of these and a meanwell for current limiting. I bet those are isolated too!
