I was looking on Hobbyking for some batteries and came upon these.

They are 10,000mAh (10 Ah) and 10C Discharge (100A) with 20C burst for 10 sec. (200A) which is definitely adequate for a 48v Scooter or Bike since most (normal)will only be drawing about 50A cruising and 100A during full acceleration. Definitely a considerable choice. I plan on running two in series for 12s 10Ah on my scooter, since they will just fit in the space where two 12v 5Ah would barely fit. (I have since taken the original ESC out so there is more space, to be fair)
Whats amazing is that they are almost the same size as a 5000mAh 6s. Twice the capacity for about the same dimensions and weight. I guess that comes from the 10C discharge rating, huh?
