My 1st Cruise bike project .

Hi guys , im lev ,27 , from israel ,and here i will document my upcoming project . my current ebike is foldable Momo design 48v 27 amps . ( upgraded to 500 controller with enlarged amps bridge ) .
i used to love it , until i got my hands on some friends custom e-bike 1500w 60v , which took me to the new level , where i've had a really hard time to get used to my now " simple" bike .
First , im going to post the part as they are , and later , with the flow of the project , i'll upload all the customizations. also will note the prices if it interesting for you . or maybe some locals will find this forum as well ( which i hope will happen )

Bike Specs :
Leisger cruiser Frame only ( looks X10 times better when naked without all the component on it ) 1500 nis - 389.45 US Dollar

RST fork , 160mm , 20mm axle . ( which will pump the front 4cm , but im reducing the height of the stem and handlebars , so it will be balanced well ) 1300 nis - 337 US Dollar

you havent listed what kind of battery or motor that you plan on using. Which are arguably the most vital components to an ebike besides custom rainbow colored rotor screws :wink:

guys , after wandering on the forum for HOURS , i cannot find which HUB temperature sensor i need to get to push it cables through the axle . any suggestions ?

this is the box i make ( aluminium) , will narrowed at front .
the wheel finished ( 4cm rims )
battery ( surprisingly small for 72v 44a . i can fit 2 of those in the frame )
and kellys controller with regen .

Heh, nice of you to notice. Yes im in the late stages of cosmetic changes and upgrades. Next week im sending the bike to the welder, will do frame changes. Then the paint. The final ver will be nothing you've seen before ))


P. S

I've also had theft accident, and by 0000.00001% luck i had, police found all the electric components that has been stolen. So everything got delayed by few months.
Almost lost like 4000$ in electronic. Pheew that was close
