My Brand NEW Phantom 2.0 is DEAD

Hello I'm new here, I work on medical electro-mechanical equipment for a living so I am used to this type of trouble shooting. I have less than a mile on my new Apollo Phantom 2.0, had two quick rides and on the second it was dead after I came to a complete stop. I have checked battery voltage at the main leads, it's good. I don't see any indicator LED's on the "Mach 2" controller (but not sure there are any), I have checked ALL connectors and connections and all are good. Nothing works. I'm bummed but I'm sure that Apollo will help me out it's just that I didn't expect to have problems this early on. I will let everyone know what they say when they respond to my warranty claim.. Oh well.

If nothing works (display, etc.) then the battery BMS may have tripped. Did you try fully charging the battery. Sometimes that will reset the BMS if it doesn’t do so on its own. It should charge to the full 58.8v since it’s new. If it doesn’t, it may need to stay on the charger to balance (it shouldn’t, since it’s new though). If it identifies take a full charge, I’d get the warranty out.

G'day Phantom.
You said it went dead after coming to a complete stop. Check the brake lever. There's usually a motor cutout switch on it. If the lever isn't returning fully or if the switch has wound out a ways, the motor is disabled.
