My Build Thread - Electric Onda Board

Hi,

The parts took some time to arrive (almost 2 months) but I finally made it, will probably have the batteries located better in the future when I'll have some time.

1wd Electric Onda Board
Motor: Turnigy SK3 149kv
Gear: 21T Pulley / 60T on Drive wheel
ESC: Toro X150 150A 1/8" Brushless ESC
Power: 2 x Parallel 6s Zippy Flightmax 10A Lipo

pretty unique! looks strong made. Is the headlight fed with the main battery?

I would recommend to cover a little the motor and gear, just for safety reasons.

I bought that same kit from Greece for a Onda Longa board but not installed it yet.

How do you like the mount? does it flex?

The pulley in my kit did not come with a keyway slot.

Can a slot be ground or drilled into the pulley?

Any vibration or kickback from the trucks under power? or going over a bump?

You just make a flat spot on where your set screws will rest on. Keyway's better but the flat spot work.
