thank you for anyone who can help in advance it is much appreciated i am running a 72v-84v 120a electro and co battery with a qs273 hub motor with a sabvoton 150a controller which came from a NBpower 8000w kit. once i finnaly wired up everything i saw a small spark on the key switch once i switched everything on, which comes “stock” ig with the stealth bomber frame. although it sparked i was still able to turn the ukc1 display on and connect to the mqcon app. once i disconnected the three pin i wanted to try a hall test. on every hall test i do the wheel will jerk forward or reverse for a second then completely stop and i have to run it again for anyhting more to happen, and i have tried writing for a while after it stops for anyhting to happen and nothing will. this coupled with the flashing green and red light has me very concerned i have fried the controller. though i am also wonder if it has anything to do with the spare 6pin hall sensor that comes with the qs273? there are two 6 pin connectors one of them will fit into the other connector on the sabvoton while the other seemingly has nothjng to connect to? i have looked at some user manuals but it seems like just another hall sensor or possibly a spare one. any help is appreciated and i will try to get a video of the hall test attached soon.

Same issues same kit/build. Personally built battery and currently can't get motor to go. Won't pass hall test well it starts the hall test but never stops or finishes. Frustrated but still just reading and trying to find solution. Good luck to ya

Does it even turn the motor?

The op has his brake switch input tripped and the motor/hall test won’t run until that is cleared. Best to disconnect brake sensors for the time being.

Motor temperature is also reading 130 degrees, which is very hot.

And there are two sets of hall sensors, one is a spare set in case the first set blow up.

2nd poster motor is upside down. The cable needs to come out at the bottom so water can’t get in, but that can be sorted later. If you post some screenshots from the MQCon app then someone may be able to help.
