My original Sabvoton controller blew mosfets on the blue and green phases and were testing short to positive.

I now have a replacement controller. The controller passes the hall sensor test with a value of 191. NBpower says the value should be around 51. Should I continue to swap hall sensor and phase wire combos until the controller passes with a value near 51?

The motor ran smooth and quiet for 4 miles. Lol. Wondering if I should continue to change combos until I get NBpower’s recommended value.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Continued to try combo’s until I found a winner. Finally got the hall test to give a phase angle of 55 without the motor spinning in reverse. Did a 20mi ride and nothing blew up, lol.
