Good Morning

Let me tell you what is going on.

I am working on an electric CT&T EZONE with a 72 volt Sevcon Gen iv controller and using the drive wiard program

I hooked up the CAN cable from the controller to the laptop and opened up the drive wizard to update the speed setting under the drivability settings. After I made the adjustment I closed out the program window instead of the actual program exit tab and now the car will not move.

I have checked the pedal controller with a known good one and no change. I verified that I was out of Pre operational programming and on operational (I think I did that right)

Under the main screen for the gen 4 (I think that is the right one) I do see the following faults listed and this might be my issue but I do not know how to reset or fix this

Paran Dyn Range Error (I think that is the right spelling from my notes)

Internal Fault

Sequence Fault

High Battery It is 78 volts

Can you please help me with what I can check next. I need to get this car running for the customer and since It ran fine before I plugged in the computer, I do not know If I did something wrong or there was another problem that happened at the same time.

I looked at all the settings and they all seem to be the default ones

Thanks a lot

Hi
I would try now two things.
First I would set it again to pre-operational and than again to operational.
If that not works you need to upload the configuration file again into the controller. This file includes all configuration parameters. I hope you did save it before ?
That is the *.DCF file.
Do you use the "DVT" SW ? DVT is now the newest software for programming the Gen4.
DVT has all the buttons to manage this.

best regards

Klaus

This sounds like the control is still in program mode and you need to go back in and set it to operational mode.
