It can be tricky but it can be done.
that the mosfets are screwed directly to the housing and you can't slide the board out. If I remove all the screws, metal plates from the other side will fall off and I won't be able to reassemble it. Does anyone have the idea how to do that?
What do you mean by metal plates as it should just be the fet block attached to the controller pcb.
Normally you'd just undo the 4 or 5 small screws that hold in the steel end plate,
Undo the fet bolts and slide it all out of the case, the pcb board slides in grooves in the aluminum case.
I put a piece of paper or parchment paper under the pcb.
Slide it back in and use a couple small screw drivers to hold up the fet block through the case to free up your hands.
With one hand, you move the controller pcb
While your other hand quickly attaches the first fet block bolt and the rest is easy, all while seeing through the case fet hole to the fet block on pcb
The only difference with yours that I see is the end plates are plastic. But it should really be the same as all the generics I worked on, it could be that there is some goo or silicone holding the board in place. There will be some white grease on the back of the fet block. Could be you just need to open the other end plate and slide it out that way.
Take a picture of these metal plates you talk about.
I remember running into something similar, but its just finagelling it, you gotta have patience.
