So my wifes EVT 4000e motor burned up. So I need to replace it. I would love to just put in a new 10in Brushed 1500w motor, but I cant seem to find anything. I am wondering what people have done or what can be done. If I need to upgrade everything I'd probably up the voltage from 48 to at least 60v so I am willing to do that. Or is there a scooter on the market that is similar, if not better for a decent price point 2k or less. Thanks

I recently got hold of a 2006 evt 4000e that just needs batteries and some wiring,... if you're in the Vancouver area, I might be willing to just sell it for parts,.. or if you have some parts I might be willing to buy those from you to put money toward a new motor for you,...

My EVT-4000e motor is toast. It was brushed. So I am upgrading it all and basically just keeping the frame.
I have the battery pack. 14s 55AH to replace the 4-12v40AH that are in it now

The original brushed motor was 1500w, I am thinking of getting the 3000w version of this

I am not sure if it will fit my scooter. The forks for the hub motor are about 8in or 200mm. I will be getting a whole new BMS/Controller/Throttle once I am sure I can get this motor to work. We had just got new tires so I want to stick with 10inx3in for the motor.
Please give me any and all feed back or if there is a better motor solution that you can recommend. Thanks

EVT themselves were making some motors which should be suited, but I am not sure if these are still in production.
