I suggest you try painting the motor covers from the inside with black, matte paint. Then the heat coming from the windings will NOT be reflected back, but "absorbed" by the covers and discharged outside. According to multiple observations, the temperature dropped by 10 degrees.
When I chose 205 motors for my bicycles, I asked to install ribbed covers, when rotating they cool better than smooth ones.
The temperature of the magnets can be measured with a laser thermometer on the motor hub where the magnets are glued, in my case the temperature did not exceed 60 degrees, even after a long climb into the mountains, but of course my phase current did not exceed 300A, and the battery current 150A.
