nipple washers

i have rims that take 14g spokes but i need 12g holes, the lbs guy says i need nipple washers so he can drill the eyelet. where do i get 12g nipple washers, go to home depot and find a good size?

#10 Washers fit 12 gauge nipples. Make sure you get brass washers. Lowes carries them.

#8 fit 14 gauge. I've used them both in the past.

Don't know about grease nipples, but you sure can get some really fancy nipple washers if you look hard enough..........
