Nkon refurbished cells any good?

I saw recently on Nkon's website that they have refurbished cells available. Does anyone have any experience with these cells? The pictures they had showed spot weld marks on the ends, but made no mention of capacity, aside from manufacturer ratings. Do these refurbished cells perform as well as their fresh counterparts? If not, what sort of performance drop should I expect?

If I am not mistaken, I remember reading how the Sanyo GA's are not really 3350mAh, but that could very well have been when the statement of 3500mAh was given, but I cant remember if its the GA's or another model. The PF's are what I was looking at, but I ended up going with 25R because of the LiMn chemistry primarly. I do believe the PF's are the same chem, but I also wanted more discharge.

The cells are probably purchased like that from NKON, because NKON knows they can sell. I doubt they were bought new, by a customer, spot welded, then returned.

Who knows how many cycles were done on something like that.

PF is very very limited stock.
Cells are unused from damaged batteries so probably similar to the ones Turnich sells.
