No 5V output from controller

I have a Cyclone 3000W motor with a 40A controller (. The 5V outputs from the controller now read 0V, so I assume there is a 5V regulator on the board that needs replaced, but I can't find it. Any idea where the regulator would be? The controller has a SaiKeLong sticker on the back, and says T6:2549, YKZ6040JM, but I can't find any schematics online.
