Not sure the best approach

Waiting on my Nucular 24 so I figured I’ll start the battery.

I don’t know enough to make a informed decision on what’s the best approach. I have a vector vortex with the qs205 5t motor. And I have two different types of new battery packs to either wire up as they are or tear cells down from the packs and weld up a new pack.

I have a 20s ant 300a bms

The scooter packs are 10s 2p 4.4ah (LGMF1) and I have over 50 of these packs.

The CYCBT ebike packs say Samsung on case and are 10s 6p 15.6ah the cells have ICR18650 26V on them. I have over 8 of these.

Which packs would you suggest and should I just wire them parallel and series with bms or strip down and weld up. (I would of course remove from respective case to wire together)

If I was just picking between those two cells, I would choose the Samsung 26F over the LG lgeamf11865. It is rated for more capacity and higher discharge.

That is of course if both cell types are genuine and in good health. You may want to test a few of each to help determine that.

Whichever tests better, or if not testing, the Samsung packs.
It's a waste to break down good 10s packs though, since two in series gives an ideal 20s. And if you need more capacity/discharge, just parallel whole packs at the string level.
