Hi,
I've got a 2008 fold up Riviera- Santa Barbara Electric Bicycle Co. (now out of business).
I may need a controller for the lead-acid batteries. The controller box itself has eight wires- 2 and a bundle of smaller wires coming from one end, and 1 16g red wire and 4 bundled black from the other. I cannot find any config like this.
The box is labeled:
Voltage- 36v
Current- 13A-15A
Low Voltage- 31.5v +_ .5v

Wiring:
Low voltage
Brake
"Handle"
P _ S (no clue what this means)
Motor
Power

8 wires total. No other info on box.
I am putting in new batteries. And I would like to find out how to do a work around on the controller box.
Anybody have any ideas?
Thank you!
Andy

Im not certain. I just want to have a source for a controller. Its made in China, and Ill try to get a pic up for you.

I re-installed the box. This is what it looks like mounted on the bike.
No serial numbers, and the unit is sealed. You can see it has wiring on both ends.
Thanks!!!
