Help Design a Full Suspension, Two Wheel , Semi-Recumbent Velomobile.

Design Requirements are ...

First and Foremost ... Front and Rear Suspension !

1) A normal seating position where your head and neck are in the neutral position .
( Not chin to chest like the high speed recumbents )

2) Long Wheelbase
( Design to replace a car/motorcycle, not to be taken into the House/Apartment )

3) Frame design that we sit down into, not on top of the tube down the middle where the seat is perched on top of,
A trellis Frame ( Like the frame of a Cromoly Steel Ducati Motorcycle Frame , that is inverted and we sit down inside the frame )

4) Outrigger wheels that move down to contact the road when the vehicle is at 8 kph and lower speed and stopped.

5) A light weight shell attached to the frame by way of brackets made from plastic 3 D printing, brackets like a tube bracket, where the bracket goes all or part way around the frame tube and has a flat surface with threaded bolt hole where the outer surface of the shell attaches to it.

6) A simple to make outer shell, not the cigar shape hard to make fiberglass bodies typically seen on the very expensive European Velomobile's , So in other words many straight angles . ( kind of like the Itialian designed Delta Trike ( Cabrelo ? ) )

7 ) Front wheel drive,
or ...
No direct chain to the wheels, the cranks drive a small generator using the smallest lightweight motor that can be turned into a generator, RC motor ? .

8 ) Frame using square ... or round tubing , ( Where are there Ready to buy Carbon and or fiberglass Tubes ? ) the frame tubing connected by sleeves , that can be machined by any local to you Machine Shop, or sold by a E.S. member here that is a Machinist .

Note , keep this thread focused on how to design this and what materials are available to buy off the shelf .

Of real need here is fellow E.S. members that have CAD/CAM Experience that will put the design Open Sourced so that other members can e-mail that to their local Machinist to make the needed small connector parts for assembly .

9) The rear swing arm long enough to be able to mount a motor in front of the wheel ,
with the ability to use either a rear hub motor or motor just in front of the wheel mounted on the swing arm , with the motor in front of the wheel to be able to use the rear cogs with derailleur. A mid-drive by passing the crankset altogether.
Dropouts horizontal to act as a torque arm as well.

Able to use a 10 mm bolt on axle , or in the case of the motor in front of the rear wheel the rear dropout section able to use the modern 12mm x 143 mm through axle wheels.

The swing arm can be designed to use either type of axle , by way of bolt on / switchable dropouts, this is done on a few bikes now.
