Overvolting bbs02 troubleshoot

Since this is now more of a troubleshooting thread, rather than mechanical, I am moving the last question of my other ebike mechanical thread, about overvolting bbs02(or more like overamping it with a new controller), here to the troubleshoot section.

What I am trying to do is to hook up my bbs02b to a universal KT controller. As an experiment. I want to try to see if I can overamp it this way and I just have a very weak controller lying around at home as an alternative. So I thought it would be a fun experiment.

I get a signal/sound from the motor that it wants to turn or something( see videos). But it does not spin like it should. Not sure if I have forgot something simple? Maybe just a screw or something?

So I have now gotten a signal from the new controller, battery and motor. The strange thing is that the motor is not turning.

I am not sure if this is because there is no PAS connected from the motor(as you can see it is only phases and Halls connected because the output cable of the bafang bbs02's PAS is a bit strange so not sure what to do with the PAS cable that has fourcables instead of the usual three).

What do you guys think? What is my main mistake here? I have hooked it up to phase wires and halls. I have also tried different configurations of the halls and phases so I know this is not the problem.

The videos shows when the halls and phases are hooked up.

What do you guys think? What have I done wrong here, and how could I make it turn?

Second video shows when it is even more dissambled:

It is a signal there when I throttle. But it is very weak. Not sure if I have forgot to hook something up?

If you have a real KT controller, it doesn't work right with that display, but will power up with throttle enabled, and a single PAS level.

IF That is a Brainpower controller, there's a learn wire you should use when powering up. Then disconnect after the controller has figured out the phase wires.

It does not have self learning lines this one unfortunately. You mean it does not work with the one in my video? Or does not work with bafang display?

Hmm a single PAS-level? How do I enable that? The pas is not connected now as you can see from the video. But I was hoping to add a universal PAS directly to the controller. Not the typical magnet pas that bbs02 usually has. But one connected to the pedal.

I don't think it is a brainpower controller. It is a KT controller configured like these images shown below here. Maybe I need to order a controller with self learning lines for all of this to work though?

I have now gotten this to work by switching to a kt controller that works without hall sensors.

But I am also trying to connect the halls correctly(now it does work without Halls as well but I want them to work to have everything up and running) but the Hall wires look a bit different on this one. The last controller was easier to understand. Just connect green to white and yellow to silver. But when I do this on this controller there is also a white cable coming from the controller side. This is now left hanging. This is signal wire ?

Any idea if this is the correct order or if I should switch some of the cables? Or if I can figure out the correct ones through some measurement or something? I have circled the white cable from the controller side. Now left hanging, since I have connected green from the controller to white on the bafang connector. But maybe this is not correct?

He does the same in this video below but my controller has an extra white cable which his does not seem to have:

Also check my own video to see whether you think I have connected them correctly? Since I have a white cable in contrast to the youtube guy, from the controller side, I do not know if I have wired them correctly? Now the white is left hanging from the controller side. But perhaps I should let the green hang instead? And connect white to white?

Can I see if this is correct with my multimeter somehow?
