Im currently researching building a self towing radio controlled paragliding winch.
Im looking at a QS BLDC Hub Motor 6-8kW and a suitable controller.
I need constant line tension on the winch = Constant torque.
The throttle should be set to torque with a maximum torque value at 85 kg pullingforce and over that value pay out the line.
I also need to set a maximum RPM that corresponds to the speed of the glider around 35 kM/h
Is there anybody out there how have built something similar or have knowledge on what controller to use to achieve this.
