It always sounds good in theory, until you want to buy a new hub motor, or Eat.

I'm not a dreamer, all this talk of "It's almost time" and "We need to..." goes right out the window when the pigeons line up for their SS payments or a new CC. You are quite right about the banks of course, but the people are so indebted to them now they will willingly hold out their arms and be chipped like cats and dogs just so they can stay in the game. Have you ever wondered about the mass chipping of pets? Have you noticed how over the past 40 odd years the media has progressively portrayed animals as basically our equals, so that the masses now sit with them on their sofas and even sleep in the same bed with them? They'll allow themselves to be chipped like cattle, nothing surer.
