Phaserunner CA3-WP cable sheath came free from potting

Good afternoon,
I've just noticed that the sheath on the CA3-WP cable is not held in place by the potting, not sure how this happened but I can now see the coloured insulation of the wires within that cable.
Is there a go-to compound used to repair this sort of thing? I have some silicone sealant but wasn't sure if this was suitable.
