Those Toronto cops aren't gonna stand for all this permissiveness. Amazing what the police think of as "Public Safety," sometimes.

Why, yes, I'd say the car was from the 1970's, that's how you get one so cheap. But the message is timeless.

In LA it probably would have been John Malkovich or Christopher Walken driving it. Admit it, just seeing what one of those guys are like when getting jolted would be a great temptation. In fact I can picture one cop asking the group: "Is there anyone here that ISN'T dying to see this?" Even the passersby would be calling "Zap him, zap him."
