powabyke help

hi,
i have got a powabyke and decided to re-grease the motor. Now when i reach the 15mph cut off, the motor keeps going until i release the the throttle...before it used to stop until the speed decreased. Has anybody any ideas what has gone wrong ? Thanks in advance. :x

That actually sounds like a godsend instead of a problem. AWAY WITH THE GOVERNOR!!!! But seriously that is kinda odd.

it would be a godsend if the motor kept driving the wheel....but it doesn't. The bike goes at a steady 15mph but the motor whirrs away..a bit like a slipping clutch.When it reached 15mph before it used to cut in and out as speed decreased/increased...but now i can be doing 20mph and the motor just carrys on witout cutting out. :?
