Powering Boosted Rev Motors

So boosted Rev has two 750 watts motors. I am going to remove all the internals, build a battery replace the esc to etc. The rev top speed is 24mph. I am a complete noob. Where do I start with a esc if I use a 18s3p config and want more speed lets say 30mph or slightly more? Can someone point me in right direction to learn. Thank you

The esc need to be relatively small but strong enough to power these motors. Where do I start with a esc if I use a 18s3p config and want more speed lets say 30mph or slightly more? Can someone point me in right direction to learn. Links to technical info related to this endeavor would be great. Thank you

Figure out curent battery setup, then increase voltage x times.(by getting suitable controller for desired voltage/wattage)

This doesnt include boosted rev might have software limit, then previous statement isnt as true
