That is Greyborg/GreyP bike. Saw it on facebook. Does look nice, but Stealth is a different animal of bike.

It's like they hired pininfarina to do the decorating. That carry handle or locking point is a stroke of genius. Will a bike like this need good mudguards though?

China-Israel group behind it? Doesn't sound like it's the real greyborg. I wondered when his frame design would get ripped and copied.

Or is this the new greyborg, with new partners?

A couple things look a bit weird to me. Shock looks a bit cheap, and for sure it's geared for no pedaling at all.

Well if it is not grey p, then grey p are buggered. We have been telling them to sort out the side panels for ages. The grey p site remains unchanged with that grey thing taking center stage, and this don't look like their design work. Perhaps they were just too slow to respond and will loose out to a faster moving competitor who took there design and ran in the right direction with it

I do hope someone has not taken there hard work and finished it sooner, although that can only benefit me.

Word on the street is that this was made by RIMAC for Qoros. Looks like they are getting there foot into the chinese market for ebikes.

The namechange from GreyP was a smart move. Brand name identification is very important. To me "GreyP" was odd, and I didn't identify the name with EV's. First thing that came to my mind was the Hanna Barbara cartoon "Grape Ape" who was relegated to the racing series. I believe "Grape Ape" won once in that race series.

From the Rimac Automobili facebook link (https://www.facebook.com/RimacAutomobili?ref=br_tf):
The body is hand-laminated carbon-fibre, based on the steel frame of the G12 electric bike from Greyp

There are over 130 million e-bikes in China, where several major cities have already restricted the use of gasoline motorbikes or have banned them completely. Chinese e-bikes are primarily used for commuting, but the Qoros eBiqe Concept was conceived to go further – it performs superbly as a commuter, and is fun and highly-capable in an off-road situation as well.

Guess I'll have to dig up some stuff on this and write about it. Here's a pic from my initial image search. Using two light MTB front discs instead of one heavy motorcycle disc is something that the Greyborg designer developed. The Greyborg guy and the GreyP guy know each other and have worked together on and off. The guy with the beard on the eBiqe looks like Mate Rimac, CEO of Rimac Automobili (http://www.greyp-bikes.com/about-us):

Mate is the one in silver suit.Hal works for him.He is at the rear side of the Concept One.

Rear spring looks out of scale for rest of bike, or is it just me...

Hard to be sure, but the shock looked less than top of the line to me too.

Glad to hear it's not a design rip. Hope Hal is getting some good cash out of it.

That is the only negative thing I can say about the Greyp or this Qoros is the rear suspension shock and travel. It appears they use a nice or decent set of forks with 180mm travel (7 inch for us Americans) and the rear suspension packs a walloping 110mm (just over 4 inches). The shock, while it way work well for general stuff I believe would heat up so fast on anything more that new asphalt. It looks like the shock that came on my kids Mongoose electric scooters. I probably would have already bought a Greyp if it would have came with a real reservoir shock and 180mm of travel. After having a really good 8" travel bike I cant imagine going to 4". Doesn't appear that you would be able to add a good long travel shock without extensive modifications or without jacking the rear end up too high.

I agree on the shock absorber. Even if they had to lengthen the swingarm to accomplish that, they need a bigger shock. Potential customers might not tell them all of their concerns, but that has to be one of them.
