Question for all Z-Board owners...

I was wondering what type of weight sensors the Z-Board uses. My engineer's insight based on pictures of a Z-Board indicates that the weight sensors are pieces of antistatic foam immersed in a rubber coating. Rightfully these slabs of pressure sensors would be used as pressure/force sensitive resistors and thus have two wires attached.

Here's where I need someone who has knowledge of or owns an actual Z-Board to confirm this. Thanks in advance.
